To get your event live on the full AMS Tech Week calendar and into our promotion engine, every event follows the same setup:

• Set up the event on Luma with our branding (Brand Book for logos, watermarks, and copy) & add ATW as co-host ([email protected])

Setting up your Luma event

HARD DEADLINE for setting up the Luma Page Friday May 22nd, 17:00 CET. This means that the Luma page is live, branded, watermarked, links in description co-host added.

Refer to the example event with correct co-host, cover, description, watermark. Copy the structure, swap in your details. Be specific: who it's for, what's happening, what they'll get out of it.

1. Add us as co-organizer

In your Luma event: Manage → Hosts → Add Host → invite [email protected]. We accept within 48h. This is what gets you on the shared calendar to inherit ATW's visibility.

2. Watermark your cover image

ATW logo, corner placement, 15–20% width. Files and rules in the Brand Book.

3. Add ATW to your description

Header → pick one:

Option A (copy-paste at the top): Part of Amsterdam Tech Week 2026 · June 16–19.

Option B (work it into your opener) e.g. Join us for [event name], part of Amsterdam Tech Week 2026

Footer → always include:

Once all three steps are done, send the Luma link to [email protected]. We'll review and accept the co-host invite within 48h.

LinkedIn Announcement Guidelines

• Tuesday May 26th we officially announce and publish the calendar to attendees.
• Post your event Tuesday–Friday of launch week (May 26–29). Concentrating posts in the same window means every event benefits from the density of the shared calendar push.
• Tag @AMS Tech Week in every post.
• On LinkedIn, put your Luma link in the comments, not the main post as the algorithm punishes outbound links.
